Measured / Topographical Surveys
Measured and Topogrpahical surveys are required in a number of situations, particularly at the initial stages of a project, for feasibility studies, where Planning Applications and building works are envisaged, but also to provide record information to assist in maintenance, space planning and insurance assessments. Once drawings are completed in CAD format they can be used as the base information to progress design for new build, extension, alterations and space planning. Following this the information is submitted as part of the statutory application process for consent, e.g. Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, Building Regulation Approval and Fire Certification. The information can also be used to define land topography, features and boundaries, agree purchases, settle disputes and attach to documents such as Leases. We have undertaken surveys on a wide range of sites and properties, from small garden boundary disputes to large sites for national corporations and industrial properties including many Listed buildings.
