Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Many of our surveyors at Easton Bevins are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). There are over 118,000 members within this international professional body who represent everything professional and ethical in land, property and construction. We are proud of our affiliation with the RICS and the reputation it upholds, so clients who work with us can have confidence in the quality of the services they receive.
Easton Bevins has demonstrated compliance with the CHAS standards in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and has been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulations 2015.
Additionally we have demonstrated full compliance with 6 modules of PAS 91.
Association of Residential Managing Agents
Our Block Management department is a member of ARMA. ARMA is the leading trade association for residential leasehold management. They have over 300 members who between them manage more than 34,000 blocks of flats in England & Wales. ARMA was founded in 1991 to bring together professionals involved in private residential block management ensuring the highest standards in residential block management.
Expert Witness Institute
The EWI acts as a voice for the expert witness community, supporting experts from all professional disciplines and lawyers who use the services of experts.The Institute functions to encourage, train and educate experts and to improve and maintain their standards and status. Chris Easton is a Governor of the EWI and regularly produces expert witness reports on construction matters and when required attends court to present evidence. Mike Bull is also a member of EWI and produces expert witness reports on boundary and neighbourly disputes.

Martin Durkin is a member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) who assess the knowledge of fire and professional experience, awarding internationally recognised membership grades and fire-related qualifications.
Mike Bull is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). The organisation is the world's largest and most influential professional body for construction management and leadership. They have a Royal Charter to promote the science and practice of building and construction for the benefit of society.
