A section 20 notice is a notice to inform a leaseholder that there is an intention to carry out works or provide a service that they will have to pay towards. A section 20 must be served on any leaseholder who will be affected by the work or receive the service. The section 20 will include information about what is planned and how much it is estimated to cost.
