Assessment of Professional Competence (APC)

APC is the practical training and experience which, when combined with academic qualifications, leads to RICS membership. All of our surveyors belonging to RICS and are bound by its code of conduct. The APC process is designed to ensure that graduate building surveyors achieve a level of competence in the profession. It involves a period of structured training with relevant work experience, and concluding with an assessment, successful completion leads to being a Chartered Building Surveyor. The RICS qualification is recognised as the mark of property professionalism worldwide and as such it is widely seen as the 'Gold Standard' in the surveying profession worldwide. We have an excellent track record of developing our graduates through the APC process of which a number of our surveyors are currently progressing.
